Mönchshof Hell ist so, wie es der Genießer erwartet: Golden in der Farbe und durch seine zurückhaltende, feine Hopfung „b‘sonders mild“ im Geschmack.
Traditionell hoch vergoren, verleihen ihm drei ausgesuchte Hopfengaben zum richtigen Zeitpunkt seine ausgewogene, weiche Note – Bittere ist kaum spürbar. Ein genussvoller Teil bayerischer Lebens- und Bierkultur!

Bottle @moster Lene's. Clear light golden, small white head. Sweet malty, bready aroma. Sweetish flavour, malt and slightly floral hoppy bitterness.

500ml flip-top bottle on Sunday 5th Aug 2018. Sat outside a Turkish shop in the sunshine, just around the corner from Muted Horn (Berlin). I had three beers from the shop and sat people watching on the busy interchange while enjoying some cheap rates. Anyway nothing the matter with this at all, bright golden body, crisp white crown on top and very refreshing in the Berlin sunshine. It's not a game changer or sense challenger, but I liked the simple aroma of light malts and herbal esters, the taste a little grainy and cheap maybe, but it worked for me at the time. Might even buy another if I ever see it again.

Bottled at TEJA tasting. Clear pale golden, small head. Grassy, spicy nose. Mid dry with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Honey and crisp bread, hints of clover and grass. Mid bitter finish.

Ein tolles bayrisches Helles (wie schon der Name), das in einer schönen Bügelflasche kommt. Es geht gut die Kehle runter und obwohl es eindeutig ein Industriebier ist, finde ich doch dass es einen gewissen Charakter hat. Immer wieder gerne.

SWING-TOP bottle. Clear bright yellow-golden, creamy white head. Smells of clean white bread and dough, subtle honeyish sweetness and a touch of herbal hops. Similar taste.ow bitterness, smooth mouthfeel. And excellent clean smooth helles.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’ place. Thanks Yoav. Clear yellow with a white head. Grains, hay, bread, a bit of corn, sweetish, light bitterish note in the finish, quite light-bodied, easy-drinking.

Pours gold from the bottle. The sudsy white head soon fades amid light lacing. Aroma is dominated by strong honey notes. Taste is white bread, kind of dough-like, a touch honey sweet. Light herbal bitterness in the finish. Body is light to medium, moderate carbonation. Okay.
