A golden ale with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp , tropical fruit , very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with light lemony notes, light grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. Bottle at Antarabangsa, Penang.

Bottle at Paus Craft Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy light straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, lemon lime citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a fresh, crisp, juicy citrus fruit, light mineral, light pepper spice, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Somewhat light all around, but with plenty of juicy citrus fruit. Rather sessionable.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear bright yellow with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has grapefruit and earthy citrus with some grass and light grain underlying. Flavor has grapefruit and grapefruit rind with a bit of grain backing.

(Bottle) Pours clear golden with tiny white head. Nice aroma - citrus with earthy hints. Light body, rather fizzy. Surprising and pleasant taste of oranges (or tangerines / mandarins), gets a bit thin in the mid palate, but a decent bitterness builds in the finish. Unusual, easy drinking and pleasant.

330ml bottle into shaker. Golden amber beer with two-finger creamy white head. High carbonation, tiny bubbles. Nose is mostly tangerine with occasional whiffs of biscuity malt. Somewhat reminiscent of an Orange Cream. Light body, watery. Finish is lingering fruit cordial and biscuits. Good start, nice finish. Just lacking a bit of body.

Slightly odd tinge to this aroma that I can't quite put my finger on. There's herbs, dust, dirty shoes and grapefruit - it's quite the combo. In the end, it just cuts up a little rough, which undermines its claim to being a session ale.
