Bottle from a friend - lightly hazy raspberry color - heavy on the oak, with lovely acetic and lacto characteristics that are potent but not overpowering - cherry character is deep and complex, like cherry pie filling - deep oaky tannins - finish lightly spicy and deeply savory and tart - it’s a really lovely beer, really.

hazy pink orange color. No head at all. Dry, pithy cherry character, slightly funky nose with some lemon and horseblanket. Wonderful nose. Tart, light mouth, excellent cherry character with horseblanket and Belgian yeast character. Tart dry finish with oak making more of an appearance with the cherries. Fantastic

A red pink ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice mix of tart cherry, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. On tap at Lupulus.

Taster pour from bottle at Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival. Appearance is lightly hazy, pinkish-orange with no sparkle, thin ring of fizzy white head. Aroma is sweet cherry, tart funk, including barnyard. Taste is very flavorful--sweet cherry counterbalanced by strong tart/sour that gets me in the back of the mouth. Mouthfeel is light bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with definite tart aftertaste. Overall, not my style but it doesn't go totally off the rails into a sour bomb. Aromas and flavors are strong and the tart/sour is balanced by the sweet cherry so it's tolerable to me. Reminds me of something New Glarus might offer.

Smakprov på Brewskival 2019. Ljus rosaröd med liten vit krona med stora bubblor. Snäll, fin syrlighet, körsbärskärnor, citronjuice, snäll vinägerton. Gott, friskt och syrligt.
