A smooth and crisp German-style lager. Lightly hopped with traditional noble hops and brewed slightly stronger than other light-colored lagers to help us get through the cool spring nights around The Region.

Draught at World of Beer, 11/5/21. Clear, waxy-blonde. Small, white head showing moderate to low retention. Malty (honey and cookie) with soft, herbal hops and clean yeast character adding very light mineral. Soft and very malty with a touch of bitterness to balance. Good attenuation and carbonation. Honey and sugar cookie with herbs and pepper. Very flavorful, rich maltiness without being sweet or sluggish.

16oz can. Filtered copper body. Large, white, foamy head. A pretty solid Export Lager. Clean, fresh body, smooth doughy undertones collide with a larger than typical noble hop tone. True to style, but maybe better ingredients. Simple but sublime.
