Draft @ ML Italian beerfest - Ranzani edition. Dorée, paille, col blanc crémeux. Arôme au bouquet maté, pils, fin herbacé en rétro avec un léger effet de pâtissier et farineux. Palais est léger avec un côté suret qui agrémenté par les grains, malt pils, herbacé avec une petite note botanique rappelant le thym et un léger poivré modéré. Cumin voire poivre noir. Simcoe, Vienna et épeautre.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy gold lasting white head. Saison. Lemon .good cereal. Good lemon. Didnt taste of soap. Good.

Draft glass @ “Italian Beer Week-end #6 - Ranzani 13 Édition” CML Fontainas. Orange, creamy white head. Nose is big soap, zest, esters, citrus soap, lost spice. Taste is lemon & all soapy, grainy, los t spice. Body is grain & big soap. Not awful but a massively soapy Belgian in taste.
