Tap @ Nødingen. Hazy golden/yellow body with a moderate sized, lacing white head. Strong funky aroma with lots of fruit, wood, slightly vinous and acidic. Flavor is also funky, but more smooth than expected from aroma, quite fruity, acidic berries, grapes, hint of red wine, tart wood and pale malt. Fine balanced flavors, refreshing acidity and funk, balanced body, long lasting aftertaste. Wow, this is really my kind of thirst quenching beer with lots of flavors as well.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham/Grumbo, 15/10/23. Almost clear golden with a fast escaping white head. Nose is stewed fruits, grains, herb, yeast esters, farmhouse tang. Taste comprises tangy fruit rinds, hedgerow, vanilla oak, wine barrel tones, straw, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light tartness. Not bad.

Small white head, fed by lively carbonated orange-golden beer; end of bottle solid yeast. Cheesy and spicy, as a special craft (goat) cheese, chamomille, other grains, and of course, Bretts, lots of them. Sweeter flavour as Brett with maltsugars and a dash of orangejuice. Hint at mould(y orangepeel). Not really vinous. Slick, as fruit(juice) filled, medium carbonation. Not half bad!

On tap at Nødingen, Zwanze Day. It's an unclear yellow colored body with a dense finger thick white head. The aroma is lightly vinous, fruity and citrusy, with yellow plum the fruit standing out. Some pale malts in the far back, both in the aroma and in the flavor. It's full-bodied and nicely, although quite heavily, carbonated, with a faint warming touch and a very light bitterness. Funky, vinous flavor with generic fruityness, orange, yellow plum, some grass and a vague touch of black pepper. Lasting fruity, funky and vinous saison finish. A super-delicious and quite complex saison. 180929
