Ein dunkles, leicht säuerliches belgisches Starkbier mit einem robusten Körper aus 6 Malzen. Englische Hefe sorgt für die erste Gärung. Danach wird das Bier neun weitere Monate in Grauburgunder Eichenfässer ausgelagert und dort mit Brettanomyces, Pediococcus sowie Lactobacillus nachvergoren.

Bottle at ZBF 2016. Lots of wood and some sourness, well rounded, but not so intense. Slightly citric, refreshing. Good, but for the strong ABV rather boring.
