Bottle. Complex aroma of resin, spices, surprisingly fruity, honey, acidic, some gum, loads of swiss pine. Intense, lovely.

@Carnivale Brettanomyces #7, Café Schuim, wazig geel-oranje. Aroma van kruidigheid, afwaswater en veel dennetoppen. Smaken zijn zacht, licht zuurtje, goed gebalanceerd echter de smaak van de dennen(toppen) hakt er wel in en domineert het gehele bier, desondanks is het in zijn manier best ok, --- Beer merged from original tick of Wapplerzirkus Wilde Zirbe 2017 on 22 Jun 2018 at 21:27 - Score: 7. Original review text: @Carnivale Brettanomyces #7, Hazy orange/yellow, pine (needles) lots of them, slightly sour, well balanced, not that fond of the pine

Bottle. Hazy amber-golden color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is fresh swiss pine, quince-like, bready. Taste is swiss pine, earthy, rustic, dough. Velvety mouthfeel with fine-bubbled, medium-high carbonation. Bold and acidic, but very interesting!

330 ml bottle, bb 20.02.2019, from Beer Store Vienna.
Amber, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, white head.
Unique aroma like all kinds of things you smell in a pine forest, like fresh wood, fir cone, pine needles, resin, earth, mint.
Tastes of the same pine forest notes, but also with lemon candy, citric hops and subtle honey.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes fresh, spicy, citric, wooden, piney, a bit sweet.

Very interesting stuff! Really unique, all about the swiss stone pine, which works great though, reminding me of the aromas you get in a pine forest. Still not too gimmicky, drinks fresh and balanced, with enough sweetness and underlying citric hops. Lovely.
