Bottle, thanks Fin! Golden, low carbonation, white cream. Honeycake malt aroma. Medium to full body, mellow mouthfeel, lightly sticky sweet honeyish malt base. Light preserved fruit notes, light herbal, citric, metallic grassy backbone, spice retronasal.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pffafenhofen and der Ilm and consumed at home Saturday 31st December 2022 listening to Ghum - Bitter we've been baking bread for our big NYE Fondue in the woodoven outside. Pours gold, excellent clarity with a white head, looks good. Plenty of maltiness but it's a very decent beer, some cereal, a little sweeteness, there is a little dry finish, and a nice underlying light bitter bite. Very nice.

Many thanks to Eike for this bottle. The beer is round and smooth. Nice malty body with hints of nuts and caramel. Great. Dry with a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. Caramel, nuts, but still easy to drink. Fresh intense malty aftertaste, round and smooth. Great intense beer, hints of burned sugar in the aftertaste.
