Keg at The Cider Shack at St Helier Xmas Market. It pours hazy orange with a small fizzy white head. The nose is juicy red apple, apple pie, barnyard, mild funk, caramel and fruit tart. The taste is crisp, sweet juicy red apple, appletizer, apple pie, mild acidity, barnyard bitter-sweet finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. As good as the dry, with just a touch more sweetness. Pretty crushable.

Bottle from Coop Grand Marché, St. Helier. Cloudy with a nice and full carbonation. The cider starts quite sweet. Not too deep, not much tartness. Very easy to drink, the sweetness of the ripe apples is there, but the deepness that the cask-version has is a bit missing. The aftertaste is smooth, sweetish, lots of fruity ripe apples, very easy to drink.
