Tap at Alles Elbe [shared with Grumbo]. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, citrusy, hoppy aroma with a zesty touch, notes of orange, marmalade. Taste is fruity hoppy, citrusy and slightly zesty, biscuity pale malty basis, notes of orange, marmalade, a touch of apricot. Not the most typical Golden Ale.

17/10/2019. Tap at Alles Elbe, Hamburg, shared with Idiosynkrasie. Poured clear dark gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, flowers and grass. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness/ Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Not bad, but this style requires a super clean ferment. And they do it mediocre. Alles elbe hamburg (sept 2019) More full bodied and clean, upgraded as a complex blonde ale

Tap at Alles Elbe. Golden color big white head persistent. Malty flavor with floral notes, hints of orange, light grass. Thick body, dense texture, sweetish with a soft bitterness in the finish.
