Tasting at Oakes' Manor, bottle
Cloudy pale blond colour. Bit of funk and sulfur, dry, traces of orange peel, leading into astringency in the finish.
Boring.

Cloudy gold with a small white head. Funk and rind. Bitter and light funk with a touch of peel.

Hazy, pale yellow. There's some sulphury/pedio stuff, with a hint of cheesiness. It's got a breezy pale malt character. This is a bit tart, wheaty sort of palate. It's got a mellow character. I like it, aside from the aroma.

750ml at Josh's roof. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: peppery, fruity, rustic, close to Belgian saisons. Taste: along the same lines, harsh, very carbonated. Overall: ok for what it is

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma reveals plenty of bretty funk, leather, spiciness, and herbal notes. Flavour is somewhat herbal, with leather, brett funk, and some spiciness. Rather vegetal and herbal, but pleasant enough.

Musty yeast on the nose, has cloudy yellow body with modest foam. Flavour is weak yeast with modest citrus. Mouthfeel is a little watery. Bland but okay.
