Bei nur 18 BU wird viel Wert daraufg gelegt, alle Bittereinheiten auf die zweite Hälfte des Kochvorgangs zu legen, sodass wenig Bittere im Vordergrund steht und viel Geschmack im Abgang liegt. Zum Einsatz kommt der neue Diamant Hopfen aus dem Hallertau. Mit 11% Stammwürze und einem Alkoholgehalt von 4,5% vol, ist dieses untergärige Bier recht leicht und alltagstauglich zu allen kräftigen Speisen.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Dry malty aroma. Starts mild, malty, light hoppy background. Some metallical notes as well. Finish well balanced. Okay.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a coppery golden with a white head. Aroma is citrus, grainy, cereal. Taste is light citrus, zesty, loads of grain, more of that cereal towards the finish.

ABV: (4.5)%. Clear medium to light orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, flowers, light earthy hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt, flowers, malty, light earthy hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200718]

13/7/2020. Sample courtesy of Erzengel, cheers Gabriel. Pours hazy pale golden with a small off-white head. Aroma is grainy, malty, slightly earthy, fruity, floral, touch of banana. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Easy drinking, quite liked it.

Bottle from Edeka in Saarbrücken. Fresh floral beginning. Smooth and mild, fruity with a nice floral grainy body. Easy to drink, fresh with floral parts.
