bottiglia 50 cl, bevuta più di 10 anni fa....giallo chiaro limpido, schiuma evanescente, buona carbonatazione, aroma leggero malto, in bocca malto e leggero amaro. Indimenticabili momenti di una terra fantastica.

A can received in a swap with MarkoNm. Country #131. Some distance beyond its BBD but didn’t seem to have affected it. Poured a hazy pale gold with a lasting white head. Aroma of light hop, corn, yeast and wheat bordering on a weizen. Medium sweet, light bitterness. Light/medium body, fairly thin texture, average carbonation. Finish is slightly syrupy with more bitterness. Overall exceeded expectations.

Can, 0.50l, courtesy of Antonio, shared with colleagues. Pours cloudy straw color with small creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma is grassy, bready and dusty. Taste starts light sweet grainy, following is grassy and papery, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is mild bitter. Light body, watery texture and lively carbonation in palate. Almost decent...

Bottle at a yurt camp. Medium golden. Tiny bit off hop extract on the nose with a little pale malt character as well. The head is big but loose. Has some mild hop character and a fullish body for the style. Definitely one of the better pale lagers in Mongolia.
