The god of the hunt: Nanouq is worshiped by the Inuit Eskimo's for his blessing and knowledge.
Full bodied strong ale based on pale & caramel malts. Three juicy hops (Chinook, Ella & Citra) and sweet orange peel combine into complex fruity aromas. Big malts balance with mighty bitters. Seasonal: Winter

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', bottled in December 2017. Slightly hazy, dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, stable, light beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and a bit resiny aroma of milk chocolate, hazelnut, orange peel and some pine. Rather sweet, malty, a bit roasty, slightly resiny and a little fruity taste of milk chocolate, hazelnut, some orange peel and a touch of pine, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly roasty and quite resiny finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Way hoppier than expected, not really quaffable, but nevertheless a nice Winter Ale.
