Okoberfest. 16 glorious days each year when the hardworking folk of Munich down tools to drink beer, wear costumes and eat, all in honour of a royal wedding 206 years ago. The festival might sound like a fairy-tale, but our Oktoberfest lager’s the real thing; rich, complex and nutty with a crisp, dry finish. Lederhosen optional.

Keg at The Gun, the very final stop on the Thames Tipple, Saturday 23rd October 2016 Pours gold in colour with a white head and there is a little haziness. Fruity, a little metallic and mineral edge, malty, so so lager if being honest, it’s fine. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Dark golden colour. Really heavy on the malts up front. Quite bitter. Too bitter for a session style beer.
