An exciting amber beer using a combination of three malts that provide sumptuous toffee and malty flavours. These are enhanced by the addition of Canadian maple syrup to give this beer a real taste of Canada. With moderate hopping this is a beer with medium levels of bitterness.

Cask @ Abel Heywood, Manchester. Copper coloured and an inoffensively malty at an easy enough strength with some hops.

Cask at Wetherspoons in Rickmansworth, Herts. An amber coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Sweet, malty, fruity, caramel aroma and taste.

Cask at the picture house. Pours clear golden, nose is toffee, sweaty, floral, taste is sweet, grassy, toffee, some hints of maple syrup.

Cask at caley picture house... Golden glowing amber... Soft sweet herbal fruit nose light dry almost soapy fruits

Copper colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have some light caramel malts. Decent session bitter.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. A pale amber pour with a ring of white head; syrupy aroma; sweet and grainy in the mouth with a light herbal bitterness; then a sweet finish - but no real maple taste.

Cask at the moon under water Watford Jdw. A clear golden amber coloured pour with a a lasyi G beige head. Aroma is semi sweet earthy nutty malts, peanut, raisin, low jammy fruits. Flavour is composed of tangy woody fruit, dried apple, earthy nut, twig. Palate is semi sweet, creamy, decent cask condition.. Lingering brown malts and damp grassy hop.
