Vom Fass, kein Schaum, keine Perlen. In der Nase Malz, im Trunk crispy, schön bitter, dann cremig. Feines Ding. Bitterer Abgang.

Cask at the Clapton Hart - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a moderate, foamy white head. The nose holds grass and dried pale bread. Light sweet flavour with some biscuits, hay, bitter grass and grain husks. Light in body with fine carbonation; decent condition. Finishes with more dry pale malts, more husk and grass. A little aggressive in its bitterness. Just so so.
