Citra, Ekuanot and Japanese Shiso (Perilla frutescens var crispa) are used in the whirlpool.

Lichtgeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht friszuur en fruitig met iets van citrus en ananas. Valt erg tegen wat mij betreft, erg waterig en vlak van smak.

Hazy straw colour with light foamy head. Aroma and flavour are packed with zesty, tangy citrus notes. Very refreshing. Carbonation is way too aggressive though.

Hazy gold beer, big fluffy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has fine minerally crispness. Light malts, mildly sweet. Crisp yuzu - that lovely limey tangerine. Tiny bit of seltzer, mildly bitter. Crisp finish. Good stuff, does what it says on the tin. Anytime they want to put even more Yuzu in, well that'd be fine with me.
