Bottle 500ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.[ As Bricknell Chocolate Porter ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, leather, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, chocolate, chocolate - coffee, light leather - funk. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190419] 7-4-6-3-14

18/5/2019. Bottle from Vittles & Company Hull, shared at the Warsaw GP beer share. Pours very dark brown with a medium sized bubbly beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, ash and fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, bit above average carbonation. Chocolate finish. Quite decent except for being a bit too carbonated.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Black, beige head. Nice choc and coffee aroma. Bitter flavour, roast, chocolate. Lasting coffee and choc bitterness.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Modetate bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, coffee and hops. Sweet and dry finish.

Bottle. Very dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate and liquorice. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, liquorice, medium sweet, hop and a little bitter.

50cl bottle from Fellows and Vittle. Medium creamy tan head. Clear black pour. Lots of chocolate. Very nice.
