Four Friends found a united love for wild and mixed fermentation beer and cider. In April 2018 we embarked on a collaboration project that represented this. One brew of beer into our coolship for wild inoculation with each brewery and cider maker having 3 barrels each to express their own mixed fermentation culture. Five different beers were created. One barrel of each of the four producers iteration was bottled for a mono release to express the different yeast cultures, the rest was bottled for a blend unique to our project.

Tap @Luppolo Station Rome-Italy. Bright orange clear color with a medium-low foam. Nose: brett, yellow fruit, citric. Mouth: sourness is medium, fruity overall and a sharp lemony end.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with Max, Miro B and kajser27. Cloudy orange, almost no head. Barnyard, funk, juicy, citric, some wood, nice intensive sourness. Yes! Medium bodied.

ABV: 7.7%. Hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is wheat, pale malt, fruit - grapes - apple, tart, wood - barrel - funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration, wheat, barrel, tart, apple - grapes, barnyard, medium dry, light barrel - vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200208]

Bottle. Burning Sky online. Medium gold colour, with a soft haze. Thin and dense, lasting, white head. Nose has light, leathery, cheesy funk. Fresh cut wood. Apple pomace. Green apple skin. Some vanilla biscuit grain. Taste has super juicy, apple tartness. Dry and clean. Some tannin derived bitterness. Soft acidity throughout. Light to medium body. Fine carbonation. Juicy tartness to finish. Nice one.
