On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Black colour, tan head. Aroma of roast malts, chocolate, bourbon, oak and vanilla. Rich flavour and warming mouthfeel, with the same elements as the aroma, sweet but not too much, also a certain fruitiness (prunes, cherries, figs).

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours black with beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, bourbon, liquorice, fruits, ethanol. Tastes pretty sweet with little bitterness, umami. Medium to full bodied.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 14/02/20. Black with a well presented lasting tan head. Nose is mellow roast, dark malts, solid bourbon rip, chocolate, toffee fudge. Taste comprises chocolate, oak, bourbon, molasses, brown sugar melt, coffee bean, dark malts, fruit rinds. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with a rising alcoholic boost but kept in check. A really decent BA impy stout.

Keg at 73 Enid Street. An opaque black brown coloured pour with a lasting a creamy light tan head. Aroma is woody caramel, salt, tangy fruit, salt, jammy fruits,. Hint of must on the nose. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, caramel, praline, toffee, vanilla, soft roast, tangy dried fruits, cake, hint of coffee. Palate is semi sweet, tart, highish, frothy carbonation. Good. Some pasty marshmallows vibes in there as well. Fun.

Very dark brown with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of bitter coffee. There a boozy vanilla sweetness too. A bit too fizzy
