Now I know what you're thinking... 'A sour lager? What fresh hell is this? But there is actually method in Camden's madness. After all, lagers and sours are two of the most refreshing beer styles out there, so why not get these two together? Plum Sour comes from Camden's Arch 55 series, an exclusive little club of small batch and seasonal beers. The best way to describe it is to liken it to plum jam on freshly baked bread. Expect a classic bready lager base with heaps of fresh sour plums on top.

Frothy off white head soon left slowly carbonating reddish pink body. No aroma. Medium to thin bodied, highly carbonated with a clean gassy finish. Bitter under ripe plum, sour fruit & confectionery tastes.

Hazy peachy colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a citric sharpness. A bit weak bodied like a Berliner Weisse.

1/3 pint på Camden Town Brewery, med Steven aug-19: denne er helt ny, ble satt på for tre dager siden. Rødlig gylden med kort skum. Frisk, lett sursyrlig med plommer, slank maltkropp og hint av søte sitron. Ikke kettle soured, og de har brukt plommepure og lagergjær.
