Der schlankere Typus des herkömmlichen Weißbieres ist der hervorragende Durstlöscher. Ein zurückgenommener Malzkörper und geringerer Alkoholgehalt (ca. 40%) ergeben ein Bier, welches im Trunk leicht und angenehm spritzig erscheint, aber trotzdem alle Wirkstoffe der klassischen Obergärung enthält.

# 3899; 10/2023. As Ladenburger Hefeweizen Leicht. Light malty, fruity and yeasty aroma. Hazy gold body; off-white head. Fresh, herbal, yeasty, fruity, zesty, crispy. Very good light hefeweizen. 0,5 l, bottle, Getränkemarkt, Hüttlingen (Swabia, Germany).

One of Silke’s fifty. Pale gold with a frothy to foamy white head. Stale grains and weird off-notes overlay a mild, banana aroma. Smells like half traditional German Weizen and half Budweiser. Taste isn’t a lot better, mildly bitter, grainy, slightly stale. Body is light to medium with a big dose of water at the end. Nothing interesting here.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple. Beer in the glass with a small head. Starts mild, malty, mild wheaty notes. Fruity touch of lemon. Yeasty malty finish. Easy to drink. Not bad.

Many thanks to Mariusz! Fruity nose with hints of yeast. The beer starts mild fruity, easy to drink with a watery body. A bit like a normal weizen with water. Hints of grain, fruity, nice.

50cl bottle. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sweet wheat malt and phenols. Taste of sweet wheat malt, phenols, some herbs.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a fuffy and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty and banana-fruity wheat-malty aroma with a mineralic and clove-spicy touch. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim wheaty base with shy notes of banana and a whiff of citrus; almost dry, slim and fruity finish with a slightly tart bitterness and shades of herbal hops. Okay. 08.X.10
