Le Saisonnier is named after the seasonal workers for which the first, old-world Saisons were originally brewed. We brewed this table beer with European malts, hopped it assertively with European hops and then aged it in a Missouri Oak Foedre for 6 months with a blend of Missouri microflora to create a delicate, yet expressive experience from this naturally conditioned beer.

Flaska från Mikkeller, blend #3. Ljusgul med vit krona. Frisk, fräsch och snällt syrlig med toner av citrus, hö, fat, vitt vin, blommiga toner, persika/stenfrukt, snäll funk och stallighet. Oerhört lättdrucket och gott.

750ml bottle blend 4 pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice tart notes yeast some grapes and plenty oak barrel. Taste is more of the nice tart notes yeast oak barrels nice.

Blond colour, clear to hazy. Mild aroma of Saison yeast, wild culture, light funk. Dry mouthfeel, some crisp character, some acidity, good yeast character, some astringency, and light fruity esters.

750ml (thx, Brent for proxying and Matt for helping with the border crossing) shared @ Ryan's. Appearance: a bit hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: fruity, some Brett, some oak, a bit smelly. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: quite nice.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Nose is very oaky upfront, with plenty of woody oak, followed by rustic saison yeast and a touch of white wine. Flavour is oaky, with gentle white wine, dry woody oak, and rustic saison yeast. Very dry, oaky, and just enough white wine tannins, with a rustic finish. Excellent.

Clearish gold with a small white head. Light green apple with a touch of sulphur. Touch of soured grains, apple peel and a a nice finish. Solid.
