Bottle from Beer 52. Appearance - golden amber. Nice lacy head. Nose - fudge and banana. Taste - confected bananas. Brown sugar. Palate - creamy and sweet. Very cloying finish. Overall - not great.

33cl bottle from the Beer52 box for September. A slightly hazy straw coloured pour with a thick cream coloured head; spicy, yeasty aroma; light herbal bitterness to start then a sweet citrus body, with a touch of lime; then a bready finish. Hardly an IPA, but a pleasant Belgian ale.

33cl bottle from Beer52. Thin white head. Hoppy aroma. Hazy golden pour. Nice bitterness. Pretty good.
