The product of three years into our Solera program. Mixed fermentation. Sauvignon Blanc puncheons brewed with Hallertau Blanc Hops and a hearty amount of Rye for complexity. Dry with solid white wine notes. Tartness grows as it ages. GABF 2018 Bronze Medal for Specialty Saison.

Nice honey notes with a spice rye back, bit carby but overall tasty and light if you don't mind the bubbles. Apparently will only get more tart in the bottle, quite nice now but could benefit from sitting some more to rid a bit more bitter.

Musty lemon, malt, and hay aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with moderate head. Dry musty lemon, malt, and moderately bitter hay flavor. Good body. A straight forward saison that nails it.

750ml bottle. Minimally milky (quite hazy with later pours), yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, firm, frothy to macropore, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal-spicy and slightly funky aroma, notes of brine, mustard seed, dill, white pepper, a touch of gherkin, salty overtones, a touch of pear, old lemon peel, salted lemon, earthy rye undertones. Taste is tart, dry, herbal-spicy, fruity, hints of quince, sour green and yellow apple, sage, white pepper, old lemon peel, subtle wheaty sweetness; oily-watery texture, prickly carbonation. Quite diversified, rich in subtleties - good!

Pretty damn wonderful saison, pungent and spicy, funky with a mild chardonnay-inspired tartness, finished off by a bracing rye flourish. Grass, clove, and white bread mix with straw and lemon, and a mild bitter streak on the back end plays nicely with the rye. Lovely pint.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 22 Aug 2018) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Sourish, hoppy nose with citrus, lemon peel, spicy rye, flowers and fresh hops. Spicy, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, resin, spicy rye, a touch of mint, fresh hops and a dry finish with a mild acidity and a balanced citric bitterness. More than medium body, quite dry. Fairly complex. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a mostly clear straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Strong Meyer lemon aromas with hay, grass and horseblanket notes. More lemon on the palate with horseblanket and grain. Crisp and clearn. Light bodied with a mostly dry finish. Nice tart saison.

4 oz pour on draft at Dominion Wine & Beer. Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of wine, oak, lemon. Tastes of tart notes, wine, oak, lemon citrus. Light body with a dry finish.

Bottle at home grabbed from Half Barrel. Light pretty yellow huge frothy white head. Nose is funky and citrus. Tastes of lemon curd, barnyard funk, some spicy rye and white pepper, yeast and white wine. Smooth and dry palate. Refreshing and funky.
