Can (from Alko). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some dill and mild herbs. Flavour is dill, some lemon zest, mild tart wood with some herbs as well. Easy to drink.

Can. Hazy gold, bordering on murky, with a foamy white head. Lime, citrus, herbs, yeast, spice. Interesting.

(Can, 0.33 l - BB 25.10.2019,from a supermarket, 20190904) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and coconut. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, coconut, spiciness, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had spiciness, coconut and bitterness. I wished the yeast would hide the horrid sides of Sorachi Ace but it unfortunately didn't.

Can at home. Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma of herbs, spices, tea, lime, fruity. Tastes slightly bitter with little sweetness. Thin bodied, bitter finish.

Can 33 cl. Pours an almost clear yellow with a huge and very lively white head. Amazing Bourbonish aroma if you stick your nose into the can, but it all comes down to the Sorachi. Medium body, again Bourbon notes, really vanillaish. I don't think Sorachi has ever performed this way for me. Fruity, no real yeastiness or Belgian esters which is fine with me. Ends dry with no real bitterness. A fine little beer that has very little to do with Farmhouse or Saison. 201118

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, spices, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, spices, lemons, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

330ml can from Eide Handel. Remaining frothy white head leaving spotty lacing down the glass. Hazy grey-golden body. Moderate herbal hops and doughy aromas. Spiced hop fruity flavours, impacts of pine and ripe orange. Smooth fruity bitterness to the ending. Pretty alright. (Tromsø 12.06.2018).

Draft, half pint. Tasted on the 11/05/2018 at "Taphouse", Copenhagen. Hazy golden to orange colour with a medium white head. Aroma is apple, tea, straw and hops. Taste is citric peel, tea, green apples and some spices leading to a medium bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation. Next one please!
