A very powerful hoppy nose, however, unable to mask the peach flavors! A very opaque and cloudy robe, characteristic of this type of beer. A collaborative with the BivouaK brewery! We wanted to make a new recipe: a New England IPA style beer. A very opaque robe, a very fruity nose. Extra vineyard peach juice was added in addition to support an already overflowing juiciness!
