Can. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, citrus fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruit, spices, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Can 440ml (UjH web, BB 11/2022)
Cloudy golden colour, big white head, active... Citrus, marmalade and yeast in the nose. Light-bodied. Flavour is similar: sweet marmalade, citrus and yeastyness. Probably yeast has done some unwanted tricks but not the most refreshing Mosaic showcase.

Can 44 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a lacing, white head. Yeasty, herbal, citrusy nose. Medium body, a dry fruitiness and distinct, herbal Mosaic accents. Dry more than bitter. Straight, simple and well made. 010322

Tap @ Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Poured unclear golden in color, thick dense head. Malty with some piney hops, fruity overall. Fairly dry. OK.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.
