Sparkling, bright golden colour, white foam head that slowly dissipates away and aroma of tangy, fleshy apple, with hints of cooked apple, honey, funk, caramel. Taste is quite sweet initially, with juicy apple, some baked apple, green apple, caramel, honey and then woody, funky, earthy, tannin. Foamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft fine carbonation, semi-dry tangy apple finish. Nicely drinkable.
