Bottle from Beer Cave. Hazy golden body with a lasting head. Aroma of peach, biscuit and sponge cake. Flavour of crushed paracetamol, grass and a light hop spice finish. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. A bit too fizzy. This is a nice, well rounded IPA.

Draught @ Foeders. CLoudy deep golden/orange color. Frothy almost white head with some lacing. Aroma's: caramellish, dank, fruity. Retronasal: dank, buttery. Flavor is moderate sweet, buttercandies, fruity. Light medium bodied. Finishes with some dankness, light moderate bitter. Not very convincing this time.

26 June 2018. Sample at 't Taphuys, Tilburg. Shared with Anke.
Cloudy yellow with a lasting, foamy, white head; little lacing. Fresh aroma of bready malt, 'milky' dough, mango, pineapple, passionfruit, yeast, papaya. It tastes light fruity sweet, lots of tropical fruits, and light to medium hoppy bitter, 'doughy' & bready back. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, a bit yeasty, lingering bready malt. Medium body, 'fluffy' slick texture, soft carbonation. Fresh & sessionable, good stuff.

Bottle at home in the garden, 29th June 18. Pours cloudy yellow, orange. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus. Taste is tropical fruit, good dose of orange and citrus, some bittness and malt, almost like a really hopped up ESB. A little different and very drinkable.

Improves a bit on the v5, and like it is very drinkable and delicious. Very juicy, with a lovely malt profile, just a hint of caramel and spicy malt. Lovely hops, citra is very noticeable and makes it very refreshing. Medium dry finish, quite bitter and hoppy. Lovely!

Bottle @ DeRat, Utrecht, shared with ShivanDragon and Caesar. Hazy pale yellow color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, nicely hoppy, lightly tropical fruits, sweetish mostly and slightly bitter. Ok.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy golden amber with white head. Held against the light it looks juicy, held the other way it looks murky and muddy. Sweet malts, lots of sweet tropical fruits, mango, pineapple and canned peaches mostly, oats, rye, custard, caramel, cane sugar, some strawberries, some skunky vegetal and garliccy fumes. Big sweet and light bitter. Medium body and average carbonation. There’s a lot that’s good about this beer but something seems off to me. It’s better after 5 minutes of air btw, but maybe just a bit too sweet for me. Why do we measure International Bitterness Units but not scale sweetness, and other tastes? Goddammit.

Hazy blond with thin soapy head. Aroma and flavour are full of peach, pineapple and passion fruit. Very juicy. Sweet malty notes in the finish. Fine carbonation.

At foeders. Aroma of pineapple, mango, citrus and bready malt. Taste has pine, caramel, malt, mild hopburn, citrus and mango. Nice, but not the best version.
