This semi-dark special beer is fantastic example of combination of beer and wine technology. Characterized by fine bitterness and soft aroma. Brewed from bohemian, bavarian and caramel malt, Saaz hop, harmony and special extract from Tokaj grapes (cibéba) - Tokaji Essencia.

Draught at the Pivovarský dům. Aroma is fruity- sweet apples, grapes- and malty, little caramel, little sour. Cloudy, deep amber colored beer. Flavor is full and rich, quite sweet, tones of malt, caramel, apples. Little warming, silky, creamy, like some liquer. Very tasteful.

Bottle @ de Molen. Clear redbrown color, short head. Fruity aroma, rosebud? It’s a bit strange at least. Slight malty and fruity taste.
