A brettanomyces bruxellensis fermented kettle sour, matured in French white wine barrels for 13 months. This beer was brewed in collaboration with our much missed friend @coswut, one of the most lovely home brewers and beer lovers you could ever hoped to have met. Life is always too short, look after one another! Cheers! 5.2% ABV

Keg at the Bottle Shop - Bermondsey. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, white head. Nice tart, some floral notes, a little lemon peel providing bitterness. Light in body with average carbonation. Clean, tart finish, with more lemony notes, light acidity, floral accents. Enjoyable.
