Knowle Spring is a full-bodied blonde beer brewed with Golden Promise barley malt, Strisselspalt hops from Alsace, and UK-grown Minstrel, Cascade and Chinook hops. It’s an easy-drinking beer with floral and grapefruit aromas, spiced orange on the tongue followed by aromatic citrus hop flavours to finish.

Rocky white head stayed on a nicely carbonated golden coloured body. Sweet malt & tobacco aroma. Medium bodied, tingly & cloying. Pale malt, fruity, lighthouse, floral & confectionery tastes with a bitter finish. That's a refreshing pint.

Cask @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, mediamente velata, schiuma bianca media e persistente. Al naso note citriche, di uva, leggermente floreali, biscotto. In bocca è morbida, bilanciata, con amaro presente ma non eccessivo. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Buona.

Bottle from Morrisons. Pours a clear light golden colour with a large thick creamy white head. Aromas of biscuits, honey and floral hops. Taste has more honey, biscuits, floral, a touch of marmalade and some citrus pithy bitterness on the finish. Medium to full body, average carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. Nice, crisp and refreshing.

Bottle, 11C. Deep gold with a large white head. Aroma of oranges, citrus blossoms, light biscuit. 7+ A bit too fizzy. Quite sweet at first with hay and some biscuit, then first citrus then spices grip towards a very English bitter finish. From the blonde is a type of bitter end of thing. Not bad at all.
