Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color, with a small white head. Toffee, bread and some generic fruityness in the aroma. It's medium to full-bodied, a bit heavily carbonated, with a decent bitterness and sweetness combo. Caramel, toffee, dried fruit hints, honey corn and hay hints and a grassy touch. Medium length finish. Super dull. British. 240319

500 ml bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 4.2%. Blonde / pale straw colour, moderate white head. Fresh aroma of citrus fruits and flowers, hints of honey. Citric and refreshing flavour, a hint of honey again, but not too sweet. Moderate herbal hops in the finish. A nice beer, particularly for the spring and summer months.

On cask at Ryries on 12/08/23. Appearance - golden with a very light haze. Creamy white head. Nose - citrus and verging into tropical. Something floral and bready too. Taste - sweet malty breadiness with citrus and floral notes on top. Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy middle and a fresh finish. Overall - a very modern beer considering the traditional brewery it comes from. Nice drop.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Tahsin Food Centre. Pours totally clear gold with a sturdy, foamy white topping. Lovely biscuity hops, light yeast, grass, hay, accents of citrus, pale bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean and balanced finish. Monstrously Sri label.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 27 Oct 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, floral hops, resin and biscuits. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, resin, floral hops, biscuits and a balanced citric/floral bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.
