Very dark brown colour with thin head. Lots of malts. Sweetish but with plenty of body. Moderate bitterness makes it dangerously drinkable.

Bottle, 7.5%. Vinous aroma. Almost clear brown colour. Fairly stable light brown head. The flavour is fruity, papery, vinous, bready. Bitter finish, and quite dry.

Bottle. Brown pour. Aroma of yeast esters, caramel, chocolate, licorice, raisin and malt. Taste has bitter raisin, caramel, dates, yeast, malt and some dried fruit. Typical dubbel, not very interesting.

Dark brown colour, beige foam. Nose of caramel, cocoa, some dried fruit. Taste is sweet, little bit roasty, chocolaty. Nice and well balanced.

Thuis uit een flesje. Donkerbruin met lichtbruin schuim. Karamel in de geur en smaak. Volle smaak, ook een prima nasmaak. Zoet, maar passend bij een dubbel. Prima.

Donkerbruin bier met stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter en licht zoet met iets van karamel, chocolade en vaag iets van pruimen. Erg fijn bier met mooie afdronk.
