In another exciting collaborative effort with our neighbors at Barrington Coffee Roasters, we bring you a bold American stout infused with cold-brewed coffee. PM Dawn exhibits an earthy, freshly roasted coffee bean and dark chocolate/mocha nose. The flavor profile consists of vanilla, hot chocolate, and caramel along with rich espresso. With a medium to heavy body, luscious mouthfeel, and light bitterness, PM Dawn is balanced and full, smooth with a drying roast character.

Dark brown colour and small brown head. Coffeish aroma. Medium-bodied. This is coffee overload with toasted malts, light hops. Simple but tasty.

0.473 l can shared with Ogi at Ambasada, Zagreb. Oily black, small off-white head. Aroma is intense ground coffee, surprisingly fresh coffee, roast, chocolate. Flavour is coffee, licorice, liquid chocolate. Full body, medium texture strength. A hint of tartness. Hints of roasty bitterness. Dry finish. Quite potent.

Delicious. Coffee but without being bitter/astringent. Definitely get a hot chocolate finish.

Canton draught, 2/3/24. Clear dark, burgundy-tinted. No head. Medium-dark roast, lightly ashy, heavily roasty. Acidic, with dark chocolate. Bitter, over-roasted coffee leading to hugely bready notes and beany, somewhat old, syrupy coffee. Too roasty, stale, bitter, syrupy. Yuck. Didn't do more than two small sips.
