Bright with Centennial is a clean and elegant showcase for a classic and delicious hop - Centennial! It is crafted with a simple malt and fermented with clean American Ale yeast to create a flavor profile that is more a function of its vibrant fresh ingredients than an expression of yeast character. Bright w/Centennial’s aroma is a grapefruit explosion. On the palate, we taste oily grapefruit peel, citrus, and blue freeze pop (seriously). It is such a wonderful and clean hop showcase, and the hand-selected Centennial here is distinctive as hell. We love this beer!!!

Clear golden coloured. Hoppy, perfumy, lemonade, light bitter. A peg below the others.

Pours hazy straw into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Lemon and lime aromas. Medium bodied with tart lime upfront turning to hot lemon pith and peel in the lasting finish.

Nachmielone solidnie ewidentnie, sa cytrusy, troche jasnych owocow, ciut cebulki, ciut trawiastosci. W ustach soczkowate, minigranulat. Takie... treehousowe, acz bywalo u nich lepiej. Caloscio klasa z miniminisikiem, 3.9. No i sto lat Pan Buc B. !

Can thanks to Randy. Pours a hazy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong earth, citrus. Slick body, citrus, grass, nice bitterness, very good.

Pours a hazy, light golden-lemon color, with minimal head. Aroma has a lot of floral notes, grass, some onion, a touch of citrus. Flavor is onion, grass, earth, some gasoline, a touch of citrus. It is a very distinctive aroma/flavor combination, just not quite what the blurb above is promising...

Canned 11/6/18, drunk 11/9/18.
Moderately hazy, peach-brass-golden. White head fades to cover.
Lovely mango-lemon with spicy pine/spruce and other stone fruits. It's not tropical or intensely juicy, but damn they sure got a lot of mileage out of this normally boring, pine-grapefruit heavy hop. Some light scallion from the underlying Mosaic with lingering honey and biscuit. No alcohol or flaw.
Soft, malty and with peppery, piney bitterness. Biscuit and honey with strong attenuation and tons of yellow fruit. The pine is really nice here. Spicy and succulent with just enough bitterness w out going overboard. Really impressed by Bright lately. It was never bad but rather pedestrian. The last few ive had (this, galaxy and Bbb) have been anything but. Did not get blue freeze pop.
