18th July 2015: Cask pint, hand-pulled at The Red Lion, Bakewell Derbyshire. As the name suggests this is golden in colour, on top a white head. Aroma of malts with a mini hop trace. The taste was also malty molasses like but with a mild citrus undertone which grew as the beer warmed in the afternoon sun outside the pub. Another golden beer with a citrus feel: enough said.

Half, cask at Five Lamps. Naked surface to a clear blond coloured body. Aromas of resinous hops. Pale malts with a citric touch to the taste buds. Short-lived, dry bitter ending. Ordinary (Derby 21.02.2015).

Had this cask, handpump at The Peacock, Bakewell, Derbyshire, Saturday 16th August 2014 Pours gold slim sticky white head. Reasonable golden ale, soft mouthfeel, light fruitiness and similarly light bitterness, could be crisper. slightly better than the Swift Nick by virtue of the fact its a little cooler and perhaps a bit fresher.
