Can shared thanks to sjogro. Clear amber, lasting white head. Wort, lots of caramel, tea, light peach, some grassy hops. Under medium sweet and light bitter. Under medium bodied with weird slick feel and no carbonation. Don’t like it at all.

Clear deep golden color with a fine off-white head. A nice fruity and hoppy aroma. Medium (-) body and a fine carbonation. Fruity, malty, mild grassy and mild citric flavor. Mild and nice British ipa.

Can. Aroma really astringent. Clear golden-copper colour. Taste is very astringent, almost undrinkable.

500ml bottle into glass. Pours with zero head, a few bubbles. Slight malt nose. Looks like a glass of cold tea. Spritzy in the mouth. Finishes with a stange sherbet bitterness, fizzy and metallic. Reminiscent of NZ ’IPA’ Tui. Not a pleasant experience.

500ml bottle. Pours clear copper, thin off-white head. Aromas of caramel, toffee. Light grassy note. Taste is too sweet though, and watery.

Bottle on the train to WAT cheers to JF, a rates a rate and we’re headed to Partizan followed by Kernel so all will end well, 28/12/13. Clear golden with a good sized off white head, identified by some table spillage. Nose is light caramel, toasted maltings, light orchard fruit. Taste comprises grain, apple skins, GK yeast strain, dull caramel. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry grassy notes and lite bitterings in the closure, a touch watery. Mediocore.

Small off-white head over totally clear orange-copper beer. Caramel, biscuit, crystal malt.... eeeeuuhh... hops? What about those green things? Faintly salty hint. Taste is much less sweet than the nose suggested, but still mainly toasted, and above all, watery and rather spritzy to fizzy. Warming up, some (again faint, of course) liquorice. Feels overcarbonated. Very, very light, bit slick. Disappointing. And I’m being polite. What about bottling some 5X for a change? And, please in REAL beer bottles. Brown glass, that is.

Bottle 0.33l at Kaisla, Helsinki. Originally rated 01102011. Colour is clear copper wih small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, malts and some hops. Very boring.

500ml can. Pours a clear copper dark amber colour, foamy off-white head leaving lots of lacing, and aroma is malty mash with a faint hint of floral hop. Taste is similar, malty, with caramel plus a slightly roasted note, and a very light dry bitterness. Light bodied with medium carbonation. OK.
