Excellent, maybe the best witbier I ever had, bonus for that. Clean, fresh, crisp and citrussy, bitter orange peels. All in great balance.

11.2oz bottle. Hazy yellow-tan body, lots of fast rising large carbonation bubbles rising to meet a thin, soda-like head. Lemony wheat, orange...some bite, but also a nice pleasant creamy medium body. Pretty solid, enjoyable example of the style, better than most Stateside variations.

A hazy, and lihgt yellow beer. A head is medium and white. Aroma has strong lemon and coriander, some sweetness. Taste has lemon, wheat, coriander, some spicyness. Quite light bodied, balanced carbonation, refreshning. Traditional and tasteful. Lemon and coriander, good witbier.

Draught. Pale colour, cloudy, nice head that does not stay long, decent lacing. Aroma is wheat, coriander, a bit of orange. Lightly sour, light bitterness. Light body, medium carbonation. Wow, what a witbier!

Draught @ Ølhus København. Poured deep golden color with a thick white head. White pepper, coriander, orange peel in aroma. Seldom do I get this much pepper notes in witbiers as in this. Flavor has orange, floral notes, peppery spiciness. Round, smooth palate. Pleasant.

12oz goblet at Olstofa pours a hazy gold with some soft, sticky white head. Nose is lightly estery, mild banana and bubblegum, some straw, lemon, curacao orange. Flavor is sweet with orange and light chewed bubblegum, wheat chaff, some straw, a little lemon, mild coriander seed. Finishes dry. Not bad for the style.
