Bottle. Hazy pale yellow colour. Stable white head. Simple and likeable wit, spices are just barely there, overall the beer is quite clean, easily drinkable. Quite good.

On tap at 73 in Reykjavik, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out notes of grass and herbal notes. Flavour is just as bizarre, with grassy and herbal notes. Sort of a corn and grain dominated finish. Not very refined. Okay, but not my thing.

This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a hazy yellow color with a slight transparency about it allowing a light stringy carbonation to be seen rising. A one finger white foamy head dissipated within less than twenty seconds. Mild ringy lacing stuck in rings.
The smell had a nice sweet orange peel and lemon with a slightly spice to balance (coriander) adds a nice touch.
The taste was slightly sweet and spicy through the citrus and coriander. There’s no aftertaste nor finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a good sessionability about it. Carbonated nicely, this one strolls delicately across my tongue in a sweet sticky way.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good witbier, definitely would have again.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Hazy yellow, thin creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of strong citrus, clove, wheat. The taste is bread, wheat, spice, citrus. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, mild lingering spice.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale straw with airy white head. Faint aroma of malt, hops and juniper, with notes of fruit. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with sweetish, fruity notes and pronounced touches of juniper and coriander and orange peel. Slightly acetic aftertaste with mildly bitter notes. Not bad.

Bottle, 5.2%. Distinct coriander and clove aroma, nicely citric. Hazy pale yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is mildly lemony with a bit of teaish coriander. Isotonic mouthfeel, quite mineraly and good.
