Pure Icelandic glacier water and a classic witbier recipe combine to create our Icelandic White Ale. Crafted clean and crisp, the balanced addition of orange peel, coriander, and rolled oats ensure this beer remains incredibly flavorful and refreshingly drinkable.

330ml bottle. Cloudy light golden colour, white head. Aroma is mildly spicy and citrussy, the coriander and orange peel seems quite light. Smooth mouthfeel, fruity malts, slightly spiced. Nice drink but it’s almost like a "Light White Ale".

0,33 l bottle from Brause Syndikat, BI. Pale golden and a little bit unclear in the glass, small white steady head. Coriander, yeast and a little bit wheat on the nose. Taste starts with some citrus, coriander and malt in the second row. Smooth, little bit thin but refreshing. High carbonated.

Light cloudy gold with a pils/lemon meringue pie aroma. Interesting. Raspy carbonation and light bodied. Refreshing lemon pie flavor and mild spiciness. An interesting take on a wheat ale. Good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a slightly hazy, pale-yellow colour with a nice creamy white head, great retention and some thick creamy lacing. Aromas of oranges, not so much the peel, but the inside fruit giving sweet notes with the yeast. Same for the taste, but much milder. The coriander is not felt anywhere. Still, pretty refreshing and quite drinkable. Glad I could try this one, because someone brought some back. Thanks !

Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy bright yellow-gold color with a small foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was bready, musty, herbal and citric. The flavor was malty, bready, must and citric with a hint of pepper and vague herbs. Medium length finish. Medium body. Solid.

Bottle at Ebrietas Zurich. Pours clrar greenish yellow. Yup, greenish. Hoppy nose, and well, it smells green too. The white part pushes through in the mouth. An okay beer, interesting, but not exciting.
