Explosive gushing to tower of ultra-dense head over hazy orange beer. Toast, I putteke /I (drain) upon opening, then pharmaceutical, infected². Pharmaceutical flavour, undrinkable. Burning MF, very carbonated, all pointing towards: INFECTION. Full stop. Thanks for the effort, all the same, Stef!

Wat gistig, notig en koriander. Moutige tripel verder, honing is niet heel sterk aanwezig. De gist wel iets teveel. Prima verder

Sample from bottle at Logitech Bierproeverij 4. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Sweet, honey notes, yeast, fruity hints. Taste: Medium sweet, somewhat fruity notes of stone fruit, some honey and yeast. Moderate to above moderate bitterness. Mwah.

0.33 l bottle via EU Secret Santa 2019, courtesy of ShivanDragon (thanks Edwin!), September 2021. A little hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral and a little yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, apricot, honey and orange blossom. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, fruity-floral, slightly yeasty-spicy taste of honey, orange blossom, vanilla and apricot, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, just slightly yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice beer, rounder and more pleasant than the standard version for sure. Still strange for a Tripel, fairly clean and with only low Belgian character.
