Can. Light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Not a fucken hazy dipa for fuck sake! Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin sweet malts. Tangy bitterness mixed in with that weird pseudo lacto vanilla makes for a clunky flavour profile. Tangy and slightly pithy crystallised grapefruit led citrus. Light spicy bitterish finish. Plenty going on here but none of it really joins up.

Can from Speciaalbierpakket, Leiden, Netherlands consumed sat outside at home Attenkirchen Easter Monday 13th April 2020, once again weather is great again!, however we are now into day 26 of CORVID-19 enforced lockdown, we've got Homemade Veal (actually steak) burgers, with a Homemade Pesto and Ciabatta. Pours orange squash colour with a white head. Huge hoppiness, really brutally hoppy, actually a little hop burn. I don't usually like lactose in beer but I am fine with it in this beer. Soft mouthfeel, orange really citrussy, and whilst juicy it seems to have a bitterness that is usually lacking in this style. Good, really good, I am not a big fan of this style but this is great and also my first ever North Dakota beer.

Rage, mad word ik idd van lactose! Maar deze valt wel mee qua milkshake. Wel wietachtig droog, redelijk zoet, niet bitter. Toch wel aardig, maar ja, een NE DIPA.

Can. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bright citrus and tropical fruits with a bit of creamy sweet grain underlying. Flavor citrus and growing slightly earthy tropical fruits with some lactose and sweet grains in the finish.
