ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium orange colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, funk, plums - earthy plums, barrel - oak. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, funky, wheat - yeast, wood - oak, light fruit - plums, earthy plums, citric - grapes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Fairly hazy orange with a ring off white head. Aroma has a lovely dry cellar funk, oak, mineral, white grapes and tart plums. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at THT September. Hazy oeange golden with small white head. Tart wheat, dry woody, soft grapes and prunes, lemon, dty funk. Medium sour, light bitter and very light sweet. Medium bodied. Very good.

Clear orange beer, small creamy irregular white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, woody, tree leafs, funky, brett notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity up front, pretty fruity, some grapefruit, bitter tannins, some orange peel, very acidic. Aftertaste: super sour, lemon juice, lemon peel, fruity touch, some vinegar, yellow stone fruit.
