Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma is tart with notes of malt, barnyard, horseblanket, lemon and funk Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long slightly dry, tart, lemon, funky and barnyard finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

9-4-9-5-18 Bottle, seven years before bbd. Pours clear golden, with a minimal creamy head. Aroma is tart notes of hay, farmyard,wine grapes and berries, as well as farmhouse notes, citrus peel, bretty floral notes, tannins and wooden barrels, Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes with sour plums, wine grapes and gooseberries, as well as hat, farmhouse notes, floral brett and wooden barrels. Dry finish. Well balanced, quaffable and moreish.

Pours a medium dark Ambergold. Clear, with very small to no white head. Scent is full, funky, fresh, wood, minor fruityness. Very balanced. Taste is full, very fresh, zesty lemonacidity, drying lactic acid, but balanced in the sours (these and others, even a minor touch of acetic acid) . Mild oak, some funk. A very nice and balanced sour ale. Not a true lambic ( less funk for sure) - but they don't call it a lambic themselves. Only confused enthusiasts do. Great for what it is, but as always I feel it's a bit overhyped.

Flaska från Tommie Sjef,, tack Smuel 214. Klar guldig med liten vit krona. Ljusa druvor, lätt ton av sultana russin, sherry, fat, plommon, stenfrukt, fruktkärnor. Snygg syra och lite extra beska ger en ganska stram smakbild. En personlig take på en gueuze som är riktigt lyckad. Mycket gott.

750 ml, bottled 09.11.2019 Amber, hazy body, with a medium, light beige head. Aroma of young cheese, barnyard, citrus, wood, apricot, plum. Tastes similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth, a bit sour, wooden, fruity, a bit funky. Tasty! Perfectly balanced and very characterful, with beautiful funky and fruity notes. Complex and elegant, comes close to a real Geuze. 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

BB 09.11.2029. amber murky color, small white head. smells spices, citric, funky, lactic, some tannins, plums, some stone fruits, some white wine notes, oak. very nice complex smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of stone fruits, plums, citric, grassy, some oak, light wine notes, tannins, bit peppery, bit lactic. finishes rather dry and light to medium sour with notes of plums, tannins and some funky notes. very very nice one, love the plums notes (these are actually quite noticeable), rather on the dry side, but very nice thirst quencher.
