Dass alkoholfrei und geschmackvoll gleichzeitig geht, beweist unser alkoholfreies Weizen.
Es schmeckt genauso wie ein „echtes“ Weizen: spritzig, frisch und vollmundig. Das liegt daran, dass der Alkohol erst nach der Reifung schonend entzogen wird – so bleibt der typische Weizengeschmack erhalten. Mit seiner Zitrusnote die perfekte Erfrischung bei südbadischer Hitze oder nach dem Sport.

Bottle 50 cl. Comes as 'Ganter Weizen Alkoholfrei 0,0%'. Pours a cloudy, orangey golden with a creamy and lacing, off-white head. Very yeasty nose paired with some wort accents. Light body, yeasty and fruity with slight wort accents. No real bitterness. But at least it has the feel of a Hefeweizen. 051224

Bottle as Ganter Weizen Leicht Alhoholfrei. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of grain and malt, with estery touches. Sourish, grainy flavour with estery notes and touches of malt. Bitterish and acidic aftertaste. Drinkable and reasonable for the style.

Bottle as Ganter Weizen Alkoholfrei Leicht. Good banana aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has OK banana, but is a bit more citric than expected. The taste is decent, but the mouthfeel is thin.
