2/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours very dark brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma is boozy, woody, whisky, light roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, rye bread, dried fruits. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, hint of sour. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice evening sipper.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 05/07/22. Light black with a good sized lasting tan head. Nose is coffee grinds, spice, mellow roast, dried fruits, cocoa powder, toasted brown sugars. Taste comprises coffee bean, mellow barrel, fruit cake, cocoa sprinkle, dried fruit rinds, molasses, charr, light spice. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alchol. Solid kit.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown almost black with a beige colored head. Aroma is roasted malts, rich chocolate, coffee, boozy, toffee. Taste is whisky boozy forward, roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, alcohol burn, got some kick.

Donkerbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is warm en krachtig met iets van chocolade, koffie, wat kersen en een vleug whiskey.

Glas gedronken tijdens bierfestival VandeOirsprong. Amberkleurig troebel bier met matig schuim. Aroma is koffieachtig. Smaak is zacht en fruitig.

Geprobeerd met Inoven en Roelzie1986 op het Brabants Bierfestival te Oirschot. Het is een diep donkerbruin bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een whisky achtige geur. De smaak is gebrande koffie, whisky en wat houtig.
